dc.description.abstractThe basis of this project was to develop of upgrade long tail water pump. Given that, seventeen weeks to do project planning, design the model of long tail pump, and demonstrate the project. In the planning stage, project leader should ensure the project scheduled must be efficient and effective enough. It need consider the time, material, manpower, resources, site and else. The designing stage are the most important part because need to do a detail design for the upgrade long tail water pump, include the small compartment. After that, start to construct the pump by using variety of tools to this project such as welding, grinding, cutting, painting etc. Lastly when finish, do a test and trial to determine whether it function as necessary or not. pump is one of the most important system on board of the ship. Pump use to transfer liquid from low place to high place. With our innovation it will help many people who need use pump such as farmer. This pump was upgrade from the original version since it can be improved with our idea. We study design that has been provided to us in marine workshop. In the end, our project successfully builds and working perfectly.en_US
