Abstract: | The main objectives on this part is to identify the satisfaction among international tourists towards activities and facilities provided at Batu Feringhi, Penang. Tourism is one of the sources of income in Malaysia. In order to keep maintained these income in a positive graph, tourist satisfaction must be taken into consideration. The aim of this chapter is to explore various activities and facilities provided at Batu Feringhi, Penang. Alternatively, and also in order to identify satisfied activities and facilities at the tourist destination, a survey must be done. In addition, it is also help to contribute some improvement to the activities and facilities provided at this tourist destination. Batu Feringhi Penang is quite an important tourist destination that contribute to the national income from its tourism activities. |
