Abstract: The level of safety awareness among MIMET students: A case study on Fabrication Workshop. This research is the most important thing especially about the student safety in workshop area. Students must follow all the rules and regulation that have been provided before entering the workshop, it is because to avoid the student to get any injuries or accident happen. This research also must provide a clear of the standard operation procedure (SOP) especially for the student who using a heavy machine to complete their task or assignment. SOP is the most important part because if the student didn’t follow the SOP process, maybe they can get unwanted injuries or accident happen. So that, a proper SOP must provide in workshop place. The study also carried out by using the questionnaire to analyze the level of safety awareness among the student. The result must analyzed by using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Therefore, the outcomes can shows that all the students must use a safe methods during their work and this study also can reduce the number of accident happen. At the same time, MIMET workshop can free from any loss, accident and injuries happen.
