Abstract: Perak's top attraction include Pulau Pangkor that have nice beach likes Teluk Nipah. By using the ferry, time taken to arrive is about 35-40 minutes. Lumut Ferry Terminal is a passenger terminal that connects Lumut and Pangkor Island by ferry. Lumut jetty provides ferry services not only to tourists but also to locals. This research conducted to identify the factors that will affect the amount of waste generated. For example, whether the number of ferry passengers will increase the amount of waste generated. Besides, to analysis the waste management practices among ferry passengers, whether the passengers have good waste management practice or not. Survey method which is questionnaire used to collect the data. This method used to know passengers views about factors that affect the amount waste generated. Besides, to know their waste management practices while at the jetty. There were only 52 respondents that gave co-operation to participate in this survey. Based on the research, the factors that affect the amount waste generated are number of passengers, behavior of passengers and ferry terminal management. Meanwhile, it can conclude that the passengers have good waste management practices.
