Abstract: This research is conducted to study the employee’s satisfaction on safety and ergonomics in a logistics company towards their workplace according to ergonomic needs. Recently, Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) has received report of occupational and health on cases related to ergonomics. The cases itself tell indirectly about the employee productivity, cost of compensation and profitability of a company. Ergonomics is a scientific discipline which understand the cooperation of human and different components of a framework and the profession that applies hypothesis, standards, information and techniques to design in order to improve human prosperity and general system performance. The satisfaction of an employee will improve the ergonomic level of a workplace according to the principles that suggested by Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) thus contribute to excellent ergonomic condition which can improve the task given to the employee. REBA and RULA is a standout amongst the most prevalent ergonomic evaluation devices in an industry. A strategy for ergonomic assessment of complex manual work was created, based on of working administrator evaluation of video recordings or photos.
