Total of 323 samples were finalised and taken for analysis purpose. It applied SPSS version 20 software for descriptive analysis. As this research applied Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) in all inferential analysis, Partial Least Squares (PLS 3.0) were adopted for data analysis. This study is run a comprehensive analysis by adopting two step analyse, namely Measurement Model Analysis and Structural Model Analysis. The outcome of the analysis shows all the variables analyse showing significant results with positive path coefficient and the t-values above 1.9. Only Business Start ups Knowledge (BSUK) showed insignificant results, therefore it was rejected. In conclusion, this research found that undergraduates are in favour of the introduction of a CE syllabus in Malaysian HEIs.
