dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the current obstacle of sustainable development in green building and to proposed solution for the highest obstacle obtained focusing in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia. The questionnaire is distributed to the selected area by divided into three main respondents which is contractor, customer and supplier. The results gain and analysis is compiled by using Microsoft Office (Excel). Data analysis consists of three main topics which is the awareness of the green building, the material for building development and the specification and standardization. Conclude from the data and analysis, the solution proposed for awareness of green building for customers, material for building development (supplier and contractor) focusing on costing, and specification, standardization for customer.en_US
