Abstract: This proposal presents the design and development of real-time temperature control in vehicle. The objective of this project is to design and develop the real-time temperature control in a car, to control the temperature in a car by using android apps based on user needs and to convert the hot air into cool air in a car within 15 minutes. Hence, this project was introduced in order to control the temperature inside the car. The temperature inside the car can be control by the user by using their smart phone. The high temperature inside the car can be changed and stabilized to become cooler and comfortable within 15 minutes. This is one of the latest technology that currently use in order to transmit the signal. Hot temperature inside a car can leads to many problems. One of the main problem is anything inside the car that is electronic could be ruined or re-phrase. So, this product is specially designed to solve problems that commonly face by the car user today. The micro-controller that used in this project is Arduino Wifi Shield. The Arduino WiFi Shield allows an Arduino board to connect to the internet using the 802.11 wireless specification (WiFi). It is based on the HDG104 Wireless LAN 802.11b/g System in-Package. When the Arduino Wifi Shield received signal from user, the fans, coolant pump and humidifier will start to work within 15 minutes. On this process, the cool air is produced by converting hot air into cool air. In order to fully develop the system, the hardware part and constructing circuit should be considered as the main part of the milestone whilst completing this project. Normally the interior car temperature that are left in a hot sunny day is 40°C. The temperature drop for compact car is faster compare to sedan car. This is because compact car has smaller interior space area compare to sedan car. This prototype product manage to solve the main problem that faced by the user in the car by converting the hot air into cool air. This project will ensure the achievement is not only useful and practical, but provide an opportunity for the public to explore more about this project towards the advancement for the future.
