Abstract: | This paper concentrate on the image analysis design which are the Implementation and Client User Interface (CUI) in which be directed by software usage and webpage development. A wed based diet tracking tool that keeps track of a person’s daily nutrition consumptions based on nutrition labels as input is implement. The webpage design offers an improvement of interfaces pages which are the login page, the welcome notes page, the food track page, the Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator page and the calorie counter page. The design can lead to a new methodological approach for collecting data for dietary studies and in particular to improve the monitoring of nutritional consumption. The tool uses the saved images of the nutrition facts of a list of food in the form of jpg format to convert the information on nutrition consumption. The users are able to check on the nutrition content of a variety of food as stored in the database. Moreover, the consumer also be able to track the daily calories intake and get to calculate their BMI. By way of the help of this tracking tool, the users are able to lead a healthy lifestyle. |
