metadata.fyp.dc.description.abstract: Nowadays, airline industry has grown up massively in Malaysia. Passenger perception towards the comfort is important to achieve in all airline. Passenger wants to have a satisfaction in comfort while their flying. This research is about the comparison the passenger comfort between low cost carrier and full service. This will involve airline industry in Malaysia which is Malaysia Airlines and Air Asia. The research of this study include all of the passenger comfort which is about the aircraft passenger seat, in-flight entertainment system, cabin lighting, cabin interior design and cabin pressurization system. This study will analyze and view the passenger perception and comments towards the comfort criteria in aircraft
