Abstract: This project is carried out with the purpose of improving and creating a new design to the previous Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV). The report is more focusing on the design and the construction of the project. With the highly expanded and grown in deep field especially oil and gas industry, the change and upgrade of ROV need to be done instantly to create better underwater operating condition. The attachment of wheel as crawler (design to act as rolling) and positioning of the propeller to the previous design add the value to this project in terms with upgrading it. It is the first ROV design with crawler in UniKL MIMET. The report consists of the enhancement and improvement from the previous project with some testing. Moreover, the report will show benefit and advantages of improving the ROV.
