Hydraulic is defined by mechanism activated, controlled, or powered by fluid pressure. A hydraulic press applies hydraulic mechanism for applying a large lifting force or compressive force and it is also known as the most efficient presses. This project is selected to carry out a design and production for contribution towards the “Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 (Act 672)”, innovating from a typical manual hydraulic press. This design enables compression of two materials simultaneously at one action differing from current existing manual hydraulic press which only can compress one material at a time. This Mini Dual Compactor is smaller scaled, lighter, lower cost and a more convenient modal for home or general use. In making this happen, materials used and technics are important in order to develop the compactor. Basic skills such as welding, cutting, and drilling are implemented in the process of building the compactor.en_US
