Abstract: This research study describes on the system analysis associates with human skin tissue with surrounding parameters dark, white and reflector objects. In order to create the limitations of human skin tissue, a technique has been proposed to differentiate between human skin tissue and surrounding parameters in terms of flux perfusion. In the process to analyse human skin tissue with dark white and reflector objects, laser Doppler technique has been used. The developed technique applied 4 channels of photodiodes as its detector to investigate reflected signal intensity of microcirculatory blood flow. The magnitude and frequency which represent the concentration of tissue and velocity of red blood cell respectively can be altered using power spectrum density. The signal is then processed and analysed using LABVIEW based programming. The result show that the technique is able to detect the human skin tissue and provide the limitations and display the end result measurement of Power Spectrum Density using LabVIEW software programming via laser Doppler instrumentation system.
