Abstract: This difficulty of liquid level control is often operate under unstable condition such as above set point level or below set point level. It is helpful to stable the condition by introducing feedback controller. The feedback controller is a Proportional (P), Integral (I), and Derivative (D). This project requires to build PID controller that was able to control liquid level. The system had to be capable of read a certain value, the value mean is the high of the liquid (set point). The system should fill the corresponding tank with liquid until the high (set point) that was chosen. A PID control uses three essential values to be able control with precision. The PID controller is implement in a liquid level control which have been developed using LabVIEW. The simulation have been compared. The result show the PID gives better control system response.
