In this project , a selected type of bamboo will be tested to determine which orientation have better strength. Then, the specimen is prepared according to American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM) test standards with some modification. There are 4 orientations that will used for the test which are 0°, +2°, +4°, and +6°. Each angle of orientation have 5 specimens. From many tests, flexural test is chosen to test its strength. The test is conducted by using a proper machine. The data is then recorded and being analysed to determine which angle of orientation have better strength. As a result the highest strength that obtained from the test was at 0 degrees angle of orientation.en_US
