metadata.fyp.dc.description.abstract: In the air cargo business, MASkargo Sdn. Bhd is one of them which provide various facilities including Animal Hotel as one of their source of revenue. MASkargo Animal Hotel offering other service including ‘Pet Stay In’ program. The MASkargo Animal Hotel provides a Pet Stay-in Program whereby customer can leave their 'cuddly friends' behind and be rest assured that they will be well taken care off. The revenue of MASkargo Animal Hotel ‘Pet Stay in program’ comes through regular customers, airport staff and outsider. But from the statistics of MASkargo Animal Hotel, ‘Pet Stay In’ Program received poor response from outsider market. The small percentage of revenue from outsider market result a lower profit for Animal Hotel.
