dc.description.abstractRotating cylinder wing designation in an aircraft wing configuration uses a simple cross-flow fan or just a simple cylinder shape that rotates. It provides distributed propulsion and augmented lift at very low flying speeds. It follows the principle of Magnus Effect that creates differential pressure around the rotating cylinder to produce lift. Based on this principle, we want to create the same situation by using compressed air being applied from the inside of the cylinder to generate vortex or swirling motion of air around the cylinder in order to creates differential pressure and hopefully will produce lift force. This concept or idea of making fix cylinder wing design that can produce lift is new and need to be proved by carry out research and testing. This new design concept is going to be something which most of the people will be thinking, “Can this design will producing lift?”en_US
