Term of hybrid is used to show of mixed character or it can be composed of different elements. For this Final Year Project project, hybrid is used to show the combination of two harvesting system to produce single output energy. This hybrid system known as ‘hybrid power generation system using piezoelectric – photovoltaic module’. As we know, renewable energy source are endless but not available at all times at a given location. For example, the electrical energy generation by photovoltaic (PV) material is dependent on the light density and the number of photons absorbed by the photoactive layer. If the solar radiation is scarce in region, for example on cloudy day, the electrical energy generation will be affected.en_US
