Issue Date: 15-Jul-2015
Abstract: Humans have an intimate relationship with electricity, to the point that it's virtually impossible to separate your life from it. Electricity is the set of physical phenomena associated with the presence and flow of electric charge. Electricity gives a wide variety of well-known effects, such as lightning, static electricity, electromagnetic induction and electrical current. In addition, electricity permits the creation and reception of electromagnetic radiation such as radio waves. It is important to have clear and specific objectives. The objectives for the development of small power generation using electromagnet induction technique are; i.To further expand the scope on renewable energy solutions. ii.To design, build and test a working motor generator from human energy to produce power by using electromagnetic induction technique. iii.To design a versatile motor-type generator suitable to cater every industry available iv.To develop an educational trainer for young children to learn and understand basic works of electricity and energy generation. v.To educate people on the importance of energy conservation and promote usage of alternative energy products and devices. This project has a very large scope of possible innovative technology and can be further researched and innovate to cater any other aspects of electrical fields. Development of small power generation using electromagnet induction technique currently aims to be an interactive trainer for young children to learn and understand basic electricity works, energy conversion, the importance of power and energy and lastly the importance of energy conservation. Development of small power generation using electromagnet induction technique also scopes on being versatile in design and able to cater related industries.
