Abstract: Public transportation is a solution to the public to contact various places in a short period. The bus service availed by the Iskandar Malaysia in Johor had given many facilities to people to reach their destinations in quickly time and comfortably. However, the multiple of tasks that are incurred by the bus driver while conducting driving give a negative impact on passengers and other road users. Multiple of tasks that must be borne by the bus driver cause them to feel pressure and lead theam to be stress. Stress factors faced by bus drivers are create from internal and external factors during the work. Negative environmental faced by bus driver lead them to changes their attitude and mood. The ultimate objective of this research is to find out more detail related stress factors faced by the short haul bus driver while carry out duty. A quantitative method used by researchers is questionnaire to get the strong answers for each objective in this research. The data were analyzed and the research objective which is to investigate the stress factor had been reached where the congestion factor and financial problems become a major factor to the bus driver to feel stress. For summarize, the internal and external factors faced by short haul bus driver becomes a major factor for them to feel stress when carry out duty.
