The development of natural fiber reinforced composite products to replace engineering materials is becoming a movement in engineering application. The purpose of this research is to test whether sugarcane fibers can be made into composite material which then can replace synthetic fibers reinforcement composites which are quite expensive. In this study, sugar cane fibers reinforced will be made into composite panels by using the hand lay-up technique. The composite panels are then evaluated for their mechanical properties.en_US
