Wireless wave technology nowadays had been achieved into a new advance level in their application and consumption. Most of the wireless technologies available today are integrated technology. The purpose of the integration of technology is to simplify as possible the daily and routine task of human life. In this study project, it will construct a firmware into Bluetooth module to perform a wireless intercom and to be used by bikers to exceed their common problem which is the limitation to communication during motion condition. This project was targeting two outputs at the end, to understand the firmware usage in Bluetooth devices and to surpass the communication faces by bikers. The reason to choose Bluetooth as medium for intercom connectivity is because Bluetooth technology had optimum reliability to communicate over short distances. Rather than use RF to perform the intercom connectivity, Bluetooth system has proof their capability to perform intercom connectivity with low power consumption. Therefore, with the firmware development into Bluetooth module, a smart helmet can be develop by implant the proper Bluetooth module and hardware into the helmet.en_US
