Formula varsity is a competition where a group of student needs to construct an open wheel race car powered by 130cc motorcycle engine and the car must be equipped with a fully operational suspension system with shock absorbers. In this competition, all suspension members must be made from the homogeneous metallic material and any kind of suspension using torsion springs are not permitted. This paper is about the front and rear mono-shock suspension components design which includes the suspension arm, rocker arm, and pushrods. The objective of this project is to design the front and rear mono-shock suspension system, to analyze the rocker arm design, and to fabricate the front and rear mono-shock suspension system. There are three designs for front rocker arm and another three designs for rear rocker arm. The material used for the rocker arm is Aluminum 6061. The rocker arm design was selected based on their strength which carried out from static and modal analysis. Lastly, the suspension components is fabricated and assembled to form a complete suspension system.en_US
