dc.description.abstractOrganizations are faced with a variety of changes in the business environment. It is not surprising that improving business processes was “number one priority” among the top ten business priorities. With large numbers of players in full-service restaurants, it generated intense competition. To survive, Samelona Enterprise (SE) needs to embarks on the journey to comply with their competitors initiatives. Taking Process Improvement (PI) as a strategy to minimize cost will eventually increase SE profit. Additionally, by implementing a new operation management strategy with clear focus on record and service management will lead to product offering efficiency thus ensures company survival.en_US
