This study is about finding the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) that can be used in order to improve the equipment and manufacturing line performance. Overall Equipment Effectiveness is one of the performance evaluation methods that are most common and popular in the production industries. This study was done in a manufacturing industry in Selangor, Malaysia. By referring to these factors, the company will have the guidelines for further development and improvement that they can make for their equipment and manufacturing line. Thus, this will ensure that the company can perform their operation smoothly with minimum breakdowns and can meet the needs of their customer. For this study, all the required data such as cycle time, downtime and operation time will be collected using a suitable method and tools in order to make sure that the data collected is accurate. The result from this study shows that Cold Drawn Bar Manufacturing Line in the industry has low performance which is the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) at 74.90%.en_US
