Abstract: The Movement Control Order 1.0 imposed by the Malaysian authority was a blessing in disguise to the 23 students enrolled in RXD22303: Health Information System course for their teamwork tasks in the January 2020 semester. In this assessment which addressed the third course learning outcome of the course, students formed a group of four members each except for one group with only three members. They were assigned to choose any topic related to health sciences fields and uploaded their elaborated respective topic contents into their respective created blog. Students' abilities to work in a team and to communicate effectively in completing their respective groups tasks were evaluated among themselves via provided peer evaluation rubric form to each member in the team. This article would describe the various information and communication tools students discovered in developing their work contents and presentations recordings as well as communicating the works done for assessment evaluation. This article would also highlight the benefits gained by various parties from those recordings. The quantitative study of the six groups various tools discoveries and qualitative study of how the students recorded and sent their presentations of their findings were very impressive as they were merely health sciences background field of study students. Consequently, the recordings done were not only beneficial to the students, but also, to the lecturer and a certification body such as SIRIM. As for the lecturer, the lecturer could repeatedly watch the respective contents for each team member presentation evaluation and personal knowledge acquisitions. For the certification body purposes, the recordings did provide evidence on the group tasks completed by students as this course was randomly selected for auditing during the International Standard Organization renewal certification process at UniKL-Royal College of Medicine Perak.
