Abstract: This research project aims to enhance the usability and performance of boat trailers by incorporating existing mechanisms and employing advanced design analysis techniques. The primary objective is to analyze the design of the boat trailer using equation-based load analysis, considering its maximum load capacity of 1400kg and length of 6 meters. Additionally, a 3D modeling simulation in Autodesk Inventor with finite element analysis was utilized to evaluate the performance of the trailer under various loading conditions. This simulation, which employs finite element analysis, generates a wealth of data, including stresses and strains on all planes (XX, XY, XZ, YY, YZ, ZZ), principal stresses, and safety factors. This data provides valuable insights into the structural behavior and safety margins of the boat trailer design. The project incorporates different stages of the design process to determine the final design, ensuring that it meets the required criteria for strength, stability, and load-bearing capacity. By leveraging advanced simulation techniques and comprehensive data analysis, this research aims to optimize the boat trailer's performance and ensure its suitability for various boat transportation needs
