| dc.description.abstract | Today, transportation services are very important for all walks of life to move from one area to another. This is no exception for UniKL MIMET students who are in the Manjung area. The Manjung area is an area where not many types of transport services are available. This study was conducted to ensure the effectiveness and determine the satisfaction of UniKL MIMET students in relation to transport services around the Manjung area. By using a questionnaire, we collected data from UniKL MIMET students who used the transportation service in the Manjung area. The questionnaire collects student demographic information, service information, and convenience and satisfaction ratings with the transport service that has been used. This study aims to provide valuable insights into organisations that operate transport services regarding customer satisfaction. A total of 302 questionnaires were collected and the data analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to investigate the status of passenger satisfaction and determine the relationship between the effectiveness of transport services and user satisfaction. | en_US |
