dc.description.abstractCooking has never been as easy with all the food borne diseases causes by food that are not prepare in such manner that it can dispose the bacteria inside. The common law over food preparation are based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) that set the basic preparations and handling procedures of particulars foods.In order to help businesses or everyday cooking to comply with the requirement, we have developed a that shall help to temperature-control anything that goes on a stovetop from soup, deep-fat fryers and even brewing. It has two bits of hardware: A Bluetooth-enabled knob that you retrofit to your stove, which gives the system physical control over your stovetop; and a temperature probe, which sits inside the dish and reports back to the knob. Of course, there’s also an interface to run the show in which it is also Bluetooth enable in which it can be connected with an app with your smartphone and be link with any recipes that you could find and also help you with prepping the food, while monitoring the heat and the time for the food to cook for you. Using the Arduino Microprocessor as it’s brains, a much more user interactive approach is able to be make in a sense of connectivity and communication.en_US
