dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this research is to have understanding on the process involved in collaboration among supply chain members. This study provides overview on conflicts and barriers arise between manufacturers and suppliers in collaboration of supply chain process and how far it might affect the manufacturing of products. It also will identify the affect and consequences of the conflicts and barriers in between the relationship towards the mission of pursuing market demands and fulfil customer satisfactions in supply chain. The data is analysed by using Microsoft Excel. The total samples from manufacturer and supplier are 20 out of 40. The result is achieved by constructing a bar graph for each question in questionnaires. The results of the analysis are discussed in this report.en_US
