Abstract: Manjung is one of the popular tourist destinations in Perak. It is because the popular places like Lumut and Pangkor island is in Manjung district. Public Transportation especially express bus is one method for people reach to the destination. Transport is the back bone of urban and sub urban life. It is one of the factors which determines the form and socio-economic development of a city. The transport systems have been playing a major role in shaping countries, influencing the location of social and economic activity. There are many express buses companies that are promotes service with different route. Normally it is difficult for people use public transport to get the information about the service provided and their effect at their area. Generelly customer’s use express buses for long distance example Shah Alam to Manjung. This study wills familiar focus on identifying problems and efficiency in Manjung area Perak
