Job satisfaction has a profound impact towards any institutions. This study seeks to investigate the levels of job satisfaction towards reward structures among academic staff in Universiti Kuala Lumpur. The significant relationship between reward structures on job satisfaction is examined as the main objective of this study. Therefore, a quantitative method is applied by employing a survey research design for data collection. A research instrument in the form of questionnaire consisted of 17-item Likert scale on job satisfaction is adapted for 103 male and female academic staff in Universiti Kuala Lumpur. The instrument comprises one independent variable which is reward structure and one dependant variable which is job satisfaction. For analysis, the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0 is used to analyse the statistical data. In order to determine the reliability of the data, the Cronbach‟s Alpha analysis is utilized which indicating an average 0.7 and above for all variables. The data obtained is later analysed by using descriptive analysis and linear regression to identify the significant relationship between both independent and dependent variables. The finding reveals that the academic staff in Universiti Kuala Lumpur are satisfied with their reward structures scheme and the overall job satisfaction. Additionally, it is also revealed that there is a significant relationship between the reward structures and their job satisfaction.en_US
