Abstract: | For the final year project we choose to do Implementation of 5’s inside Automotive Department. Our objective are to To achieve QE/5S standard and be recognized by accreditation body. Next, to practice good teamwork, built creative and innovative ideas and ensure continuous improvement. In this project, we have cleaning the storage for a used parts at the junkyard for beginning process. In this report, we have provided and explain all about the whole of the project. First, we described of a Gantt chart. Next, we clean and arrange parts in store room. Third week, we have cleaning and arrange all the machine in the final year project room. On the week 4 and 5 we have install zinc to build a wall for storage room. Another week we have done do 5’s corner, parking lot for motorcycle and waste oil area. At the end of this semester we have done arrange the workshop engine room and fitting area & air-conditioning area. With the information we gathered, we have made good use by implementation of 5’s to our student. Next, describe the materials and methods. It is about the skills and tools that we use to make our project. Apart from that, we also explained about our design to build a storage. Finally, in the last chapter we concluded at the end of project report. The story of the sum of all the processes involved, the people who have helped us, as we gain experience and confidence. |
