Automated Surface Vessel (ASV) is a remotely or automated control of vessel, also known as Automated Surface Craft (ASC). Was used as early during world war 2 as a remote controlled in minesweeping application. There are two main objectives which are to create hull design that can sails efficiently across the ocean and the second objective is to analyse the performance in term of stability and hydrostatic. The reason why catamaran design was pick for Autonomous Surface Vessel (ASV) project is because of few reason in its characteristic which are in term of efficiency compelling resistance, power usage, and its block coefficient number. The problems statement for this research is to determining, a suitable craft design for sea application that can handle and sail across the ocean without fail for a certain period of time, the ocean is too vast for human to explore own their own, require too much time, and too much risk. The process of designing utilizes AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Maxsurf modeler and Maxsurf Stability software programs to design the hull and to analyze the hull capabilities. The researcher also uses the traditional wire bending technique to manipulate the hull bottom bend to recreate the lines plan data sheet to be applied on the software. In the results, the researcher elaborated two different calculations which are hydrostatic and equilibrium, and comparing the final hull design analysis data with the improved design analysis data. Lastly the researcher talks about the compatibility of hull sizes for sea applications as the finale.en_US
