The project is about buoys with a remote-control system that could rescue drowning victim. In this research, the buoy uses an electronic speed controller, brushless DC motor and turbine flow propeller in order to move the buoy faster so it could reach the victim immediately and safely. Furthermore, the receiver from lifebuoy and transmitter at the remote control will synchronize to control the lifebuoy going towards the victim. The buoy could move fast towards the victim and is able to assist the victim to a safer place. This buoy uses a transmitter in FM type with locked signal that can control the buoy. This project can cover and backup all the location used to make the rescue easier. So, this project will be located at the location used to avoid drowning situation and in order to reduce death for drowning in any country.en_US
