Issue Date: 4-Jul-2019
Abstract: As the world moves forward to Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0, there may be some problem that is unnecessary, but it creates an uncivilized attitude towards some group of people. Some people take advantages on people with disabilities by park their vehicles on the parking spot which are designed for disabled people. This project thus proposed a brief on the development of accessible parking spaces for people with disabilities and physically handicapped using RFID technology. It will help these people to easily access their parking spaces and save time. It will also be an easy and appropriate system for authorities to monitor any violators who wish to park those parking spaces. This project's methodology is accomplished by conducting a literature review of a similar project, finding the best way to overcome the problem statement, listing the correct components and software needed in this project. The project is then carried out by developing and modeling a prototype, programming it and testing it on a model of small scale. From the experiment that was done in two situations, the result is obtained and analyzed. All the results obtained have achieved this experiment's objective. To draw the conclusion, this was a successful project. It works as supposed and fulfills this project's aims.
