Abstract: Technology today has grown rapidly, one of them in terms of internet usage. With that opportunity, the project has been using Internet technology called Internet of Things (IoT). The objective IoT for this project is to ease the small medium enterprise (SME) work in the metal plate stamping. A small production in SME in Malaysia has experienced a decline in the production of mainly metal products. Project to be created is an IOT system through stamping machine. The machine will stamp a metal and upload the data to smartphone through IOT. This project is the integration system between the existing project and the new project which is IOT. The existing project is a Stamping machine to produce a metal plate that uses wind technology through the selected pneumatic solenoid valve. The new project is the IOT technology using NodeMCU through the application in the smartphone, Blynk. The combination of these two projects will facilitate the production of metal plates especially for the SME sector. The metal plate to be produced will be recorded and the information will be sent to the Blynk application. However, a stamping machine is built using a pneumatic controlled through a programable logic controller (PLC). PLC is a complete stamping machine operator. The mounted pneumatic will be moved through the relay. Relay will receive a signal from the PLC that has been coded. As usual, PLC uses the ladder diagram as a sign language. With this project, the work of SME will reduce the cost of production. All the equipment and tools have been identified to build this project. Cost reduction can also be done by making improvements over PLC with SCADA system. Conclusion, The IOT system was built through the NodeMCU device and is adopted through the Blynk application by receiving signal from IR sensor. Stamping machine uses a pneumatic valve solenoid valve fitted with reed sensors and proximity sensors. The combination of these two projects will facilitate the production of metal plates especially for the SME sector. The metal plate to be produced will be recorded and the information will be sent to the Blynk application.
