A RESEARCH ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT: PROJECT CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR AND PROJECT LIFE CYCLE CHALLENGES LEVEL

Abstract

The growth of one organization is basically measured on their ability of one organization or team to manage a project or programs. Nowadays, everyone want the opportunity to conduct an event or project, but not all people or organization can produce a quality and success project that can key the heart of community and people. Thus, the aim of this research is to investigate the critical success factors on project management and to analyse the challenge level of elements in the project life cycle. The scope of this research limited to five project that have been conducted in UniKL MITEC. Data collection is done by books review, journal and paper. Survey questionnaire is used as instrument. Excell is used to analyse score and mean comparison. Factor teamwork and executing has higher point according to mean measurement. Expectation contributes, this research can be used as references to the people to overcome any project.
