dc.description.abstract Chicken is the source of protein and people do love eat chicken in daily. Apart from that, the clealiness of food before it goes into mouth and absorbs in our body should be taking into account. The clealiness of the food includes the preparation itself, how they handling the food and how the method used. Goes same to the chicken. The different in chicken poultry production is the slaughtering process is comply with the Syariah Law. As Islam community ,halal is condition in choosing the food. Nowsdays, in rapid technology ,the method used in slaughter production is by using mechanical slaughtering. By implementation of mechanical slaughtering will much help to make the process easier. Unfortunately, this method make slaughterman not much aware in taking complete process of slaughtering. Besides, there arise many issues regarding to this method. en_US
