A STUDY OF EXPEDITE THE PAYMENT PROCESS AT TESCO HYPERMARKET SERI ALAM, JOHOR BAHRU BY UTILIZING ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS

Abstract

In the past, barter system is systems are used in transaction activity by changed product to meet human need. The world has changed now, where people used money and there some people using credit card to make transaction of payment. Actually, this revolution is happening to be easier of daily activities. This situation is clearly reflected at hypermarket. Generally, the existence of more supermarkets in Malaysia is to meet the need of growing population. People prefer hypermarket than grocery store is due of good customer service, more selection of product, brand and quality product more trusted and other. This situation causes of congestion or busy where people rushed to make payment especially during festive seasons and sales promotion. Therefore, our project is to overcome the problem of congestion at payment counter with an alternative where advanced technologies are used.
