dc.description.abstract Knowledge Management (KM) has been acknowledge as a tools that provides insights to help managers address fundamental issues such as improving high performance through the creation and use of knowledge (Drucker, 1993). KM also understood as management tool used to improve efficiency, effectiveness and innovation in this knowledge age as well as to enhancing the human capital competency (Drucker, 1993). Therefore, managing knowledge will provides significant impact in implementation Quality Management System (QMS) in Faber Group FBG) The objective of this research is to suggest theoretical framework for Quality Management System implementation through Knowledge Management methodology for FBG and to understand the most significant knowledge habits in Faber Group to enhance the KM cultural. By understanding the knowledge habits, we might solve problems related to QMS implementation and developing the framework that suite to four components of quality management that is quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvements (Rose K.H, 2005). The data collection method used in this case study is using the questionnaire separately for KM and QMS. There are several tests being used consist of normality test, reliability test, independent T-Test, ANOVA and correlation test. The results show that there are several factors that need to be focus to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of QMS and also the success of KM implementation in FGB. The framework of QMS is successfully created for FGB. en_US
