THE SATISFACTORY LEVEL OF THE SENAI-DESARU HIGHWAY FROM CONTAINER HAULAGE COMPANY IN THE AREA OF PASIR GUDANG, JOHOR

Abstract

The Senai-Desaru highway is the new highway establish since year 2009, this 77km long Senai-Pasir Gudang-Desaru Expressway Project ‘E22’ in the southern state of Johor Malaysia. This expressway project actually the third longest highway concession awarded by the Malaysian Government. In future, the Senai-Desaru Highway will become as alternative way after the Pasir Gudang Highway. This research project is made to find the current level of the satisfaction level of the Senai-Desaru highway from the container haulage company in the area of Pasir Gudang because the Senai-Desaru highway near with the industrial location at Pasir Gudang.
