dc.description.abstract This study will evaluate the customer satisfaction for BeXTRA buses in Iskandar region. The study was based on a survey carried out from the questionnaire that is involving 200 respondents which is 100 respondents for JB – Kulai and 100 for JB – Ulu Tiram. By using the descriptive analysis the level of satisfaction among the respondent towards the BeXTRA buses are examined. The findings show that the levels of satisfaction among customer are mixed. However, majority of customer are satisfied with the BeXTRA buses services provided by the IRDA. The findings of this study will help IRDA to improve their service provided to the customer in achieving the customers’ satisfaction in the BeXTRA buses services. en_US
