MEASURING PUSH,PULL AND PERSONAL FACTORS AFFECTING TURNOVER INTENTION IN LOGISTICS COMPANY

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the “MEASURING PUSH, PULL AND PERSONAL FACTORS AFFECTING TURNOVER INTENTION IN LOGISTICS COMPANY” which is mainly conducted in order to study the turnover intention of Kontena Nasional Berhad (KNB) in Johor Baharu branch. KNB Johor Baharu branch is handling many types of logistics activity. KNB in Johor Baharu branch handling the freight forwarding activities. To approach of this research, the distribution of questionnaire to the KNB employees is prepared of researcher. In order to gather the data for this research, a set of questionnaire has been constructed and has been distributed to 39 respondents. This questionnaire finds out the factors value of turnover intention in this company. Moreover 5 part of questionnaire were conducted at KNB office to get completion of questionnaire. The frequencies analysis, mean and reliability test method was used for data analysis. Data collection is based structure to analyze the data, the research using by SPSS software 20.0 versions and Microsoft excel.
