Abstract:
All organizations public and private are affected by unplanned emergencies
and disruptions. Recent examples including the 9/11 terrorist attack, Ambank
robbery case (2013), and private car theft in Malaysia (2008-2009) have a
raised the need for organizations to prepare for these events. A problem is
called a problem if it fulfils the three criteria and they are; acceptance, barrier
and exploration. Most focused on how organizations should respond to these
disasters in immediate aftermath in order to save lives , but little work has
been conducted on how to recover economically from these disasters. The
purposes is to identify the existing risk faces by female driver basically in
heavy vehicle of transportation in daily operation and to identify risk
management in Hartini Nursery technology used and to improve by
suggestion /recommend Disaster Recovery Plan toward security in terms of
tools/equipment . This research involves the qualitative data. It is based on
Data Disaster Recovery Plan which is the process of problem solving method
to recover when the problem arises. This research methodology used such
here are as primary and secondary data. The instrument is interview. The
first instrument is interview with the top management and their worker
(female lorry driver) at the Hartini Nursery at Negeri Sembilan. The second
instrument is secondary data such as journal and books. Upon completion of
the top management agreed with the commendation that suggested by the
researcher as proposal suggested in the Disaster Recovery Plan (DPR).
