dc.description.abstract This project will present on the power transmission without using wire. The title of project is “Development of Wireless Power Transmission”. This project also will explain in detail of analysis and design of wireless power transmission using inductive coupling method. Inductive coupling method using the principles of electromagnetism and combine it with transformer principles in making transmission from primary to secondary coil. Inductive coupling have capability in transferring energy in short range. This project also makes a comparison between two input supply (6V and 9V) and size of cross sectional wire (1.5mm2 and 2.5mm2). Besides that, it also analyses the effect of diameter and number of turn in transmitting power. There are also an application made from the project which is chessman for glass snake and ladder game. In this project, there are 5 main block diagram which are supply, regulator circuit, transmitting circuit, transmitting coil and receiving coil. For the supply, the supply of transformer is applied to convert 230v ac to 12v dc. The regulator circuit are use to maintain and stabilize dc voltage. The used of LM7806 and LM7809 to provide voltage of 6V and 9V. In order to amplify electronics signal in transmitting circuit, components transistor BD139 are used. Then, the transmitting circuit are attached to transmitting coil. From thetransmitting coil, then the power was transfer wirelessly to the receiving coil and resulting of usage power to the load. en_US
