| dc.description.abstract | This report explains in detail the methodology used for design and fabrication of wafer plate fixture for I / V (ampere/voltage) testing process. The method used in this project to reduce cycle time on inspection process. To see the result for the new fixture for i/v testing process to improved the cycle time. All design stages to perform the improvement of this fixture by using Solidworks software. The design considerations of the fixture design issues are discussed in this project.
