Design Ang Manufacture of Two Plate Mould to Produce Plastic Bag Holder (Analysis)

Abstract

Final year project has its own aims and objectives to students. It gives a real exposure in produce a project, begin with development of idea until project completed. Besides that, students were trained to think creative and innovative to create a new product and solving the problems which were faced during the execution of project. This report explains in detail the methodology in analysis used in this project for the mould design, the product and the material. All the method used to find a suitable material and design for the improving plastic bag holder. All the design from product until mould base itself was drawn using SolidWorks and the analysis using AutoDesk MouldFlow. The results are explained further inside this report.
