This report presents the mechanical design system and development of exterior part of luggage that is on this project. The important aspect of the mechanical system is the luggage can come out with new design and increase efficiency also decrease absorbs momentum of luggage to prevent fragile good. The color has been selected with come out interesting for first look can be thoroughly market for industries to our country. The exterior luggage material for this product using fiberglass to making the product more efficient to absorb the momentum. The weight of this product is 4 kg and the material that used for this product is fiberglass. From the analysis and discussion have been made, the mechanical design system luggage for aircraft passenger created.
