dc.description.abstract This research is about the Standardization of Strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Project Evaluation. Nowadays, most of organizations do not have a good evaluation on their project because they only focused on monetary return or profit without looking at other important elements in their evaluation. The purpose of the evaluation is to provide the basis for deciding whether or not to proceed with the project and for choosing the most desirable options. Before and after implementation any types of projects it is important to an organization because to determine whether the projects are successful or not. Most of the organizations fail to look into the risk elements in managing the projects. The organizational does not account the elements of Risk Profiling because the organizations more focus on monetary return. The objectives of this research are 1) to evaluate the projects by using KPI elements of Risk Profiling in terms of market, technology and organization before the actual projects conduct and 2) to standardize strategy for KPI for project evaluation to improve the project performance. All different projects must have a different KPI depends on the nature and level of the project. So, the project can be conduct successfully. en_US
